Wet Hot American Summer

After escaping the standard one lane Hamptons traffic, we drove the extra distance to get away from it all, the crowd included. And when we arrived to the hotel, we pulled up to what looked like the setting of an adult sleepaway camp and realized that it was worth going the extra mile(s). Always is.

Jill and I dropped our bags off with reception, snagged some towels, a beach pass and a map - there was plenty of exploring to be done. We started off wandering around the hotel (c
amp) grounds.

Cute bikes to rent for the day.

The pool, not to be confused with a swimming pool. Just a cool place to hang out, meet new people and play some ping pong.

I spy some Nat Geo's in reception.

It wouldn't feel like summer camp without a canteen. I ran into my sweet campfriend Julie at Ruschmeyer's. Acka lacka ching for Julie and her great recommendations!

Stay bitten ;)
