YOLO!

This Saturday, two of my girlfriends, Jill and Hillary, experienced something most New Yorkers only dream of. High on the tippy top of the bucket list, for locals and tourists alike, they went to a live taping of Saturday Night Live. To make my jealousy radar go thru the roof, the host that night was Adam Levine. He has held a top spot on my laminated 5 list for years now. Two birds, one stone? I think he's the only tatted up guy my mom and I have ever agreed on.

For the rest of us at home, we watched him and some others make a viral video short for SNL. Thanks for the laugh, click here to watch the video.

I couldn't help but think how much fun we've had recently living more than once. You may yell out YOLO when you're making a poor decision or living life on the edge but if you never took a risk or booked that flight, you would never have a photo that would make you grin from ear to ear. For me, it's worth it - even if we had a few spectators watching us attempt to spell out the cheesy catchphrase.

In the words of Ben Franklin, "Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing."
